1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement
- Full refund will be issued if cancelled within this time
- Custom-made artwork cannot be cancelled once production begins
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective product upon delivery
- Wrong artwork delivered
- Missing artwork from your order
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refund:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect buyer address or refusal to accept delivery
- Damage caused after delivery or misuse by the buyer
- Custom-made or personalized artwork
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit an unboxing video and photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery
- Contact our support team at support@artwalafoundation.org
- We will verify the claim and process your refund if approved
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
5. Replacement
If the artwork is damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement if the same artwork is available. If not, a full refund will be issued.
