1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement
  • Full refund will be issued if cancelled within this time
  • Custom-made artwork cannot be cancelled once production begins

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective product upon delivery
  • Wrong artwork delivered
  • Missing artwork from your order

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect buyer address or refusal to accept delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery or misuse by the buyer
  • Custom-made or personalized artwork

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit an unboxing video and photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery
  • Contact our support team at support@artwalafoundation.org
  • We will verify the claim and process your refund if approved
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Replacement

If the artwork is damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement if the same artwork is available. If not, a full refund will be issued.
